The Ute Town and Country Building is located at 313 S Monona Ave and is a community gathering space available to be rented for events. Our building has hosted weddings, receptions, memorials, funeral luncheons, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, retirement parties, company parties, various Community Club events, and more.
The building holds a maximum of 300 people and we have tables and chairs for this amount. We have 50qty of 96”W x 30”D rectangular tables that can seat 8 people, and 16qty of 5’ diameter round tables that seat 8 people comfortably. An outdoor tent is available for rent as an add-on. Use of the kitchen is included with the rental fee. The kitchen has 1 fridge/freezer, 2 stoves, 1 double sink, 1 single sink, 1 small and 1 large coffee pot, basic kitchen supplies, and 4 large roasters available for your use. We have a liquor license that allows us to offer a cash, open, or prepaid bar with bartender. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Please contact City Hall for any questions or more details.
Rental Fees:
Full Room with No Bar: $150 rent, $150 deposit
Full Room with Bar: $250 rent, $150 deposit
Add on Tent (available with Full Room rental only): $100 rent, $100 deposit
Additional Days: $50 per each day added
