Clean Up Days are Coming for Ute Residents!
When: May 2-5, 2025
Where: LOCATION CHANGE – Ute Water Plant (Across from the Baseball Fields)
Who: Only Ute Residents for Items from Properties in Ute. Part of your landfill fee on your utility bill covers the cost of these dumpsters.
NOTE: We have had problems with improper dumping in years past that has resulted in many fines/penalties for the City. Cameras will be utilized for clean-up days and fees will be imposed on those who dump items not allowed or electronics/appliances without a tag. The loads are checked prior to dumping, so burying an item will still incur a fee. Fees were established on 4-14-2025 per Resolution 2025-11, setting the fee for improper dumping at double the landfill cost to the City for that item. Tags can be purchased at City Hall. Please use them and help us keep the costs down for everyone.
