NOTE: Effective 9-10-25, the City will grant a 30 day grace period for all residents who have chickens to come into compliance with the ordinance. Enforcement will begin on October 10, 2025. All applications received by that date will be presented at the October 13, 2025 council meeting for approval.

Applications for a chicken license must be approved before chickens are on the property.
Chicken Licenses are valid from January 1 – December 31 in the year of the application. A new application must be submitted yearly.
