Trees located in the right of way that are marked for removal with a white X and flag are starting to be removed. These trees have been identified as dead or diseased after a requested assessment by the Iowa DNR.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we move through this process. Portions of some streets will need to be temporarily closed during removal. Please avoid parking near a marked tree if at all possible.
